Raising Capital (Broker/Dealer)

The Useful Bruce will work through Tangent Capital (a licensed broker dealer) to help parties raise capital for their real estate initiatives.  Due to our enormous network of clients and colleagues, I expect to be very “useful” here, especially to smaller-sized real estate players that do not yet have extensive networks.  

I also envision The Useful Bruce acting as a Real Estate Broker by helping real estate parties to market or sell real estate or to locate debt or other financing.
